Clarify Your Story

Consulting and workshops to help you sharpen your case story and activate your delivery.
Get a winning edge

Lawyers who win know how to arrange the facts into a persuasive narrative.

To win, you know it’s important to tell the story. But how? You know you’ve got good evidence and you know you’ve got a strong case. But you also know your case has some confusing details and arcane language. You’re not entirely sure it will resonate with the jury.

Simple Message Courtroom is dedicated to helping attorneys of all practice areas clarify their case story by using techniques used by theater artists and marketing teams who need to engage an audience instantly. Through his specialized story consulting and customized seminars, David Mann has helped lawyers across the country tell the story that wins.

“With David’s direction, the opening was clearer, cleaner, more persuasive, and resonated more with the jury. They returned a $19.4M verdict.”
